Plug and Play adapter - no CD changer link.

If you don't want to install the new radio by splicing and sleeving although that is by far the best method, this adapter set can be used. It is quite bulky and you might struggle to get it all in there with a full size CD radio!

It can also be supplied to special order with a CD changer connection for £5 extra. However the software for that feature is in development, with no firm delivery date.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR AMERICAN CUSTOMERS:

It would seem that some American radio dealers are sending out radios with a cut down connector harness. The correct harness has the black Alpine plug one end and two ISO sockets at the other, which mate with the Plug and Play adapter.  The one that you get with the radio, has the ISO sockets removed and you are left with bare ends.  Should this be the case, the first step is to ask your radio dealer for the correct item, failing which you can order one under the stock code ALPINELOOM on the option selector below.
